Domestic UK deliveries will be received 3-8 working days after ordering.

We offer return / exchange for all our customers for up to 60 days after date of purchase. Just send us an email at sales@balleruk.com and let us know you would like a refund/exchange, quoting your order number. We will then advise the process for returning the product for exchange or a refund. Please note that the items are your responsibility and must be sent back to us in the same condition as initially received in order to get a replacement or refund. All items will be returned at customer expense unless the item is faulty or defective.
